Zoho or HubSpot — which should we choose?

For most Indian SMBs especially manufacturing, trading, and B2B services Zoho CRM is the better fit. It's more affordable and has better native integrations with IndiaMART and WhatsApp. HubSpot is better if you have a strong inbound digital marketing function. We'll recommend the right one after understanding your process.

How long does the whole implementation take?

Most SMB implementations are live within 7–10 business days. Complex setups with multiple integrations or large data migrations can take 3–4 weeks. We provide a clear timeline in the blueprint before any work begins — no surprises.

Can you migrate our data from Excel or WhatsApp?
